MUST LOVE DOGS....
We have wanted to own a hot dog cart for years. After many years of working in the corporate world, long unsatisfying hours without really making a contribution to the community, we decided a few years ago to fix it! Now, recent life events and a fantastic opportunity put us in the position to make the realization of our dream come true. We are blessed enough to live in the lovely food accepting city of Portland, OR and our love of cooking/eating hot dogs makes it a no brainer.

After searching and searching for a perfect cart, and a perfect location, the two came together in an amazing twist of events. The North Station Food Pod is a fantastic location. It's an old fueling station that has been converted to a food pod. There are amazing vendors there, and it offers the garage converted into a dining room for all of our patrons. Cozy wood fire burning, savory smells all around you from the many carts, and right there on the street side, a cart for sale that produced gourmet hot dogs! How much more perfect could it get. Well..... it does. The facility also has a stage on the inside of the fuel station where they are BEGGING to have live local music. Well, add our music background to our culinary pleasure and VOILA.... HEAVEN... It's the perfect blend for our vision.
So now we get started.... buy the cart, create our logo, meet the locals, create a menu... We offer local products, cooked with love. We start with Zenner's fine dogs... add a little Franz Bakery (Dave's killer bread doesn't do buns or hoagies anymore... bummer), some local condiments and produce and BAM.... good dogs... Go Dogs...
